UV curing light source's output can change over time depending on hours of operation and duty cycle. In order to maintain your product quality and process conditions it's important to regularly measure the system output, but also calibrate to allow the system to automatically adjust output to compensate for changes in output over time. This feature referred to as "closed loop feedback" ensures that every UV exposure is identical to the last, and your products are all cured to the exacting standards your process demands.
